Shipping Policy

1. A flat shipping fee of VND 35,000 applies to orders shipped to provinces and major cities. A fee of VND 20,000 – VND 35,000 applies to orders within the Da Nang area.
2. Delivery time:

• Orders within Da Nang city center are delivered on the same day.
• Orders to suburban areas and major cities are delivered within 2 – 3 days.
• Orders to other areas are delivered within 3 – 5 days.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD): Delivery personnel collect cash upon delivering the goods to the customer.

Warranty Policy

1. Hinhchunhat warrants products based on customer information (phone number and email) provided previously.
2. 15-day warranty for manufacturing defects. (Free of charge)
3. Product adjustments based on customer measurements and warranty for products damaged during customer use. (Charges apply)

Exchange conditions:
Customers can exchange for a different size or for another item/invoice of equal or greater value than the purchased product. In cases where the exchange is for a product of lower value, Hinhchunhat reserves the right not to refund the difference.

– Applicable to full-priced items and items discounted by ≤ 15% (can be exchanged for size/model/color).
– Items discounted by > 15% can only be exchanged for size. If the desired size is out of stock, customers can exchange for a different model/color of equal or greater value.

Products with manufacturing defects:
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product for exchange support.

Applicable period:
Exchanges can be made within 15 days from the date of product receipt.
