Shipping Policy

1. A flat shipping fee of VND 35,000 applies to orders shipped to provinces and major cities. A fee of VND 20,000 – VND 35,000 applies to orders within the Da Nang area.
2. Delivery time:

• Inner city areas of Da Nang: same-day delivery.
• Outer city areas and major cities: 2 – 3 days delivery.
• Other areas: 3 – 5 days delivery.

Warranty Policy

1. Hinhchunhat warrants products based on customer information (phone number and email) provided previously.
2. 15-day warranty for manufacturer defects. (Free of charge)
3. Product alteration according to customer measurements and warranty for products damaged during customer use. (Charged)

Return and Exchange Conditions:
Customers can exchange for a different size or for another item/invoice of equal or greater value than the purchased product. In cases where the exchange is for a product of lower value, Hinhchunhat will not refund the remaining difference.

– Applicable to full-priced products and products discounted by ≤ 15% (can be exchanged for size/model/color).
– Products discounted by > 15% can only be exchanged for size. If the size is unavailable, they can be exchanged for a different model/color of equal or higher value.

Manufacturer defects:
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product for exchange support.

Applicable period:
Exchanges are allowed within 15 days from the date of receiving the product.
