Warranty Policy

Exchange conditions:
Customers can exchange for a different size or for a different product/invoice of equal or greater value than the purchased item. In cases where the exchange is for a product of lower value, Hinhchunhat will not refund the difference.

– Applicable to full-priced items and items discounted ≤ 15% (can be exchanged for size/model/color).
– Items discounted > 15% can only be exchanged for size. If the size is out of stock, it can be exchanged for a different model/color of equal or higher value.

Manufacturer defects:
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product for exchange support.
