1. A flat shipping fee of 35,000 VND applies to orders shipped to provinces and major cities. A fee of 20,000 VND – 35,000 VND applies to orders within the Da Nang area.
2. Delivery Time:

• Inner city areas of Da Nang: Same-day delivery.
• Outlying areas and major cities: 2 – 3 days delivery.
• Other areas: 3 – 5 days delivery.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD): Delivery staff collect cash upon delivery to the customer.

Warranty Policy

1. Hinhchunhat provides warranty for products based on customer information (phone number and email) provided previously.
2. 15-day warranty for manufacturer defects. (Free of charge)
3. Product alteration according to customer measurements and warranty for products damaged during customer use. (Fee applies)

Exchange conditions:
Customers can exchange for a different size or for another product/invoice of equal or greater value than the purchased item. In cases where the exchange is for a product of lower value, Hinhchunhat will not refund the difference.

– Applies to full-priced items and items discounted ≤ 15% (can be exchanged for size/style/color).
– Items discounted > 15% can only be exchanged for size. If the desired size is unavailable, customers can exchange for a different style/color of equal or greater value.

Products with manufacturing defects:
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product for exchange support.

Applicable period:
Exchanges are allowed within 15 days from the date of product receipt.
